Class Policy

POLICIES FOR ALL CLASSES AND MENTORSHIPS

Due to limited seating for my classes, once you are enrolled, your payment becomes non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend the class, please contact us before the start date of your class, and your tuition can be credited to a future class session. All credits must be redeemed within 3 months of original payment date.

Once the class that you enrolled in has started, your payment cannot be refunded and you cannot transfer to another class session, no exceptions.

Access to all online class materials (including and not limited to videos, notes) are restricted to the specific class that you've enrolled in and only for the duration of that class.

Each online tuition paid only entitles ONE participant. Under no circumstance do we allow sharing class access with other non-paying individual(s). Should we discover violations of this rule, offenders will be denied further access to class materials with all tuition forfeited.

I will update you on class information via email, but it is also your responsibility to follow up on class schedules and updates. PLEASE check the email address you used for payment/registration for class information updates (please check your spam filter as well!) - unless you have informed me of a different preferred email address, your payment email address is the only means of communication I have of reaching you.

Should I need to cancel any or all of the sessions for whatever reason, your full or remaining balance will be refunded to you accordingly.

PAYMENT FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Please note that any eligible and approved refunds from us will be after deduction of payment fees. Certain payment portals do not refund their processing fees once your payment is made even when the seller is willing to issue refund to the buyer.
